Transitional Accommodation and Support Services (TASS)
This service offers transitional housing and support to people with intellectual disabilities who are re-entering the community from prison.
It provides accommodation and case management support with a focus on risk assessment and manageability, community integration and skill development. The program provides community living skills, home management skills, and supports people to become meaningfully engaged within their community.
