About The Warehouse Gallery
The Warehouse Gallery is a community art project and is an inclusive gallery space. The Warehouse Gallery seeks to support and provide opportunities for people experiencing social or economic disadvantage to develop their arts practice, learn new skills and facilitate social inclusion.
The Warehouse Gallery was launched in March 2016, and is an initiative of UnitingCare West, made possible through a City of Subiaco Community Development Grant.
UnitingCare West hosts four exhibitions each year, commencing with an Opening Night Show for artists to invite their family and friends. The Warehouse Gallery is also available for hire by community groups and emerging artists throughout the year.

Information for Artists
- All works entered into a Warehouse Gallery exhibition will be for sale. The Warehouse Gallery will add 25% commission + GST to the artists recommended sale price. If sold, the artist will receive their recommended sale price, and the 25% commission will contribute to sustaining the gallery.
- All artworks must be the entrant’s original work, and must be ready for exhibition with a wire or string on the back ready for hanging.
- All entrants must be 18+ and living in WA, unless stated in the specific exhibition requirements.
- UnitingCare West reserves the right to reject any entry if the material, subject or method of production is considered unsuitable or not in line with the organisation’s values; or if the number of entries received exceeds the capacity of the exhibition space.
