Talking Realities is a peer education program for young people which outlines the realities of teen parenthood.
The program has two parts. The first offers nationally accredited training for pregnant and parenting teen women. The second involves the creation of employment opportunities for young women on the successful completion of their training.
This second part of the program takes the form of presentations from young mums in the secondary school or TAFE environment about the realities of being a teen parent.
