We understand that many people are affected by this pandemic. In response, we have now expanded our eligibility criteria to anyone who is struggling with food and bills.

If you need additional support to identify and access emergency relief services, we encourage you to contact the Emergency Relief and Food Access Service on 1800 979 777 from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

What is UnitingCare West's (UCW) Financial Wellbeing Service?

UCW's Financial Wellbeing Service (UCWFWS) is a free, independent and confidential service provided at our Connection Hubs in Perth, Fremantle and Merriwa. UCWFWS can assist with information, negotiation with creditors, and advocacy to people who are in financial difficulty.

  • Do you have troubles meeting your financial commitments?
  • Are spending more than you earn?
  • Do you need help to negotiate with creditors?
  • Are you considering bankruptcy?

How can I get involved?
