What is Family Foundations?
Family Foundations is a drop-in group that helps families to get back on their feet. Family Foundations helps families with children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness through providing meals, material assistance, psychological and emotional support, referral, education assistance, advice and information.
Family Foundations aims to provide a safe, structured and supportive environment for families with children and offers educational opportunities for children to help them stay in school. The team helps with the immediate material needs of families with children, and offer information, advice and referral to assist families with children to address their homelessness and related issues.
Family Foundations staff can also help families find out what other support services might be available.
