What is Pathways?
Pathways provides support for people who are homeless/at risk of homelessness, who also have complex needs that might not be addressed by a single program. The only service of its kind based in Western Australia, Pathways aims to provide practical advice and link people to other supports that they might require in order to live safely and sustainably in their community.
It is not a crisis service and does not provide accommodation; but instead focuses on supporting people to explore and work towards their goals to live a good life, whatever they may mean to them.
Our committed staff will work with you individually to identify your goals and look at ways to achieve them, advocate for you, increase your access to services, improve your connections within the community and develop confidence and practical living skills.
